CareHaven is a service of Elevation Pro LLC ("CareHaven", "we", "us"), a licensed Washington contractor. These Terms govern your use of the CareHaven website and app (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. What CareHaven is — and is not

CareHaven is a directory that shows publicly available information about licensed adult family homes in Washington, drawn from the Washington State DSHS public registry.

We do not inspect homes.
We do not verify or rate quality of care.
Listing a home is not a recommendation or endorsement of that home.
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Washington State DSHS.

3. Accounts

Some features require a free account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your sign-in secure. You must be 18 or older to create an account. [VERIFY-LAWYER]: eligibility and account-termination terms.

4. Homeowners and claiming a listing

If you claim a home, you represent that you are authorized to act for that home. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you add. [VERIFY-LAWYER]: owner representations, content license, takedown process.

5. Fees

CareHaven is free to families to search. During early access, listing and claiming a home are free. Future pricing will be communicated in advance.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service, scrape it, or interfere with its operation.
Don't use the Service to harass homes, families, or staff.
Don't submit false or misleading information.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
