Privacy Policy
This policy explains what CareHaven — a service of Elevation Pro LLC — collects, why, and the choices you have. Health-related information has extra protections described in our Consumer Health Data notice.
1. Information we collect
- Account information you give us: email, and — if you sign in with Google — your name and profile basics.
- What you tell a home: the contents of tour requests or messages you choose to send.
- Usage information: basic, privacy-preserving analytics about how the Service is used. [VERIFY-LAWYER]: analytics scope and cookie disclosure.
- Owner information: if you claim a home, the details you add to your listing.
2. How we use information
- To operate the Service — show homes, let you save and compare them, and pass along requests you send.
- To reply to you and provide support.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not sell or broker your inquiries.
- We do not share your search history with homes.
4. How we use registry data
The homes shown on CareHaven come from the Washington State DSHS public registry of licensed adult family homes — the same public record that licenses each home. We display registry details such as the home's name, license number, license status, and general location.
- This is public information published by Washington State. We refresh it regularly and show the "as of" date.
- We do not inspect homes or verify quality of care; showing a home is not an endorsement.
- If you are an owner, once you sign in you can claim your home, correct details, hide your phone number, or ask us to remove your listing.
- We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Washington State DSHS.
[VERIFY-LAWYER]: publication of an individual licensee's name; owner opt-out and removal process.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run CareHaven (for example, hosting and email delivery), under agreements that limit their use of it, and when required by law. [VERIFY-LAWYER]: sub-processor list and legal-request handling.
6. Your choices and rights
You can access, correct, or delete your account information, and you can ask us what we hold about you. [VERIFY-LAWYER]: Washington-resident rights and request process.
7. Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed to run the Service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. [VERIFY-LAWYER]: retention periods and breach-notice commitments.
8. Children
CareHaven is not directed to children and is intended for adults arranging care.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy; we'll change the date above when we do. Questions: contact us through CareHaven.
